A Tart Tasting

One of my favorite events as a caterer is the Wedding Tasting.

It is one of the few marital preparations that is purely pleasurable,

and when a bride and groom want to throw out tradition for a more uniquely tailored option 

I'm even more giddy!

Megan and Keith chose a carnival-theme for their spring wedding, 

and once we chatted I knew pie was the perfect fit!

To make things even better, we opted for individual His & Hers tarts 

in a variety of mouth-watering flavors...

This summer was a special one for my family.  

My amazing dad turned sixty, and so of course the event called for a huge party

with all the people he loves,

in a beautiful setting,

and delicious treats

This spring wedding was so much fun to put together!  

The secret?

A bride and groom who were pure joy to work with,

fabulous flavors to showcase,

and a gorgeous chrysanthemum cake in shades of violet

with additional cupcakes for the sweet table.

Vintage Roses

Britney and Shad wanted something delicious and beautiful 

that would fit in with their simple, shades of rose & gray wedding.

They tickled their guests' tastebuds with this little beauty,

and sent them home with 

a bundle of butter cookies.
