Violet Chrysanthemums

This spring wedding was so much fun to put together!  
The secret?
A bride and groom who were pure joy to work with,
fabulous flavors to showcase,
and a gorgeous chrysanthemum cake in shades of violet
with additional cupcakes for the sweet table.

Salted Caramel Red Velvet

Red Velvet cake w/
salted caramel filling & salted caramel cream cheese frosting

Lemon Mousse Cake

Lemon-soaked vanilla cake w/
tart lemon curd filling
topped with lemon mousse & candied lemon peel
